The Conservative principle that Council Tax rises should be kept below increases in wages. (Average Surrey Heath Household Bill: £1,410)

With the cost of living factored in, real household income is much higher in Northern Britain. Under Labour and Liberal local tax proposals you would pay double that of some northern boroughs, yet have much less to spend per person on services. Is this fair?

The number of offenders given cautions instead of sentences has risen dramatically. In 2005, 55% of people charged with violent offences received a caution. Which statement do you agree with the most?

A Police caution is a good deterrent that prevents serious criminals re-offending and helps sort out the lack of prison capacity.

A criminal receiving caution is an insult to the victim and allows serious criminals to get away with their crimes.

The average policeman now spends over half his day doing paperwork. Which of the following statements do you agree with most?

Labour’s introduction of over 3,000 new offences and the associated paperwork and procedures is a good way to create law & order.

Local Conservatives are campaigning to preserve gardens and provide family homes in our neighbourhood. The Government wants to see more building on domestic gardens. Do you believe?

It should be easier for heads to exclude disruptive pupils.

The current system is about right.

 Local Farmers Market

I would be more likely to visit Camberley if there were a Farmers Market.

I would try to avoid Camberley if there were a Farmers Market.

I would be more likely to visit the shops on the High Street if there was a Farmers Market.
